How many guests can you host?
We host groups from 10 guests up to large events of 120+ guests, with long-table, round-table or cocktail-style layouts. Please share your guest count in advance so our team can prepare the right space.
How far ahead should we book?
For general group events we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. For weddings or events that need special decoration, please contact us 3–4 weeks ahead so we have time to plan the details and theme.
Can we have a private fire show for our event?
Yes. Beyond our weekly Tuesday and Friday shows, we can stage a private fire-twirling performance as a dedicated highlight for your event — mention it when you enquire for details and pricing.
Can you issue receipts and tax invoices?
Yes. We support documentation for both private companies and government departments. Please let us know your invoicing requirements at the booking stage.
Can set menus be adjusted for allergies or vegetarians?
Absolutely. Every set menu can be adapted — vegetarian, halal or allergy-friendly options included. Just share the details with our team in advance.
Do you offer group transfers?
We can help coordinate transfers from hotels around Khao Lak, and we have coach-friendly parking. Share your group size and pickup point and we will arrange it.
